About me and my career
I've been working professionally with Design for the past 18 years.
In my work as a designer, I like to expand the concept of a problem-solver to a problem-definer first. Design is the ability to find elegant solutions for complex problem and the challenges we face with the environment we interact with.
Most recently, I've been involved with additional studies in Psychology, spoke at the UXPA’22 in Boston on how to build trust and minimize anxiety in financial environments, and am always thinking about building a new playlist.

Beyond project delivery, I prioritize people management by coaching and mentoring designers at various experience levels, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the design organization.
